Boston's Run To Remember & Millennium Running take great pride in having first in class customer service and athlete friendly credit and transfer policies.   

 

If you can no longer participate in this event, you have a number of options:

 

1.  TRANSFER TO VIRTUAL OR ANOTHER RACE DISTANCE
Should you wish to transfer to the virtual option or another race distance, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “Change Category” button at the top of your entry. From there, you will complete and check out with a new registration and your existing entry will be removed. Be sure to complete and finish the check out of your new registration to finalize your transfer. 

NOTE:  Registrants wishing to upgrade to a more expensive category will be responsible for the increased cost.  Participants wishing to downgrade to a lower priced event will not be issued any refunds or credits.

2. TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT

If you’d like to transfer your registration to a new participant, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “”Transfer Registration” button at the top of your entry. You may then enter the email address of the person who will be transferring into the event in your place. They’ll receive a link to register with your previous entry fee carrying over. Please note, there is a $10 transfer fee to complete this process. Please read our Refund & Transfer Policy for full information.
