Boston’s Run To Remember - Scheduled for Sunday May 27, 2007

The third annual Boston's Run To Remember will take place Sunday May 27, 2007  from 8AM to approximately 11AM.   This half marathon (13.1 mile) and 5 mile race honors fallen Massachusetts Law Enforcement Officers while raising money for Kids At Risk Programs throughout the City of Boston with an
estimated 8,000 participants from throughout the United States.

The event will start and finish at the Seaport World Trade Center in South Boston and utilize the following roadways. 

Seaport Boulevard turning right onto Atlantic Avenue. Atlantic Avenue turning left onto State Street. State Street turning right onto Congress Street.  Congress Street turning left onto New Chardon Street.  New Chardon Street turning right onto Cambridge Street and through Charles Circle over the Longfellow Bridge. Memorial Drive inbound and outbound from Longfellow Bridge to Ash Street.  The race will come back over the Longfellow Bridge and turn right onto Charles Street.  Charles Street to a right onto Beacon Street.  Beacon to a left onto Arlington followed by a loop around Commonwealth and Berkeley Street   Arlington to a left onto Boylston Street.  Boylston Street to a left onto Washington Street.  Washington Street to Water Street turning right onto Congress Street.  Congress Street turning left onto Atlantic and then right onto Seaport Boulevard

Due to the volume of participants and in the interest of public safety, all of the above roadways will have either complete closures or vehicle restrictions.

Boston’s Run To Remember is a half marathon and 5-mile race being held at the Seaport World Trade Center Boston on May 25-27, 2007.  Proceeds of the event benefit Kids At Risk Programs throughout the City of Boston.
